"I went to this restaurant to have a homemade breakfast. I had a waffle with strawberries, cream and maple syrup with coffee. It was very good! The service was very fast and Jennifer was fantastic! Greetings from Italy!"

"The fried cod in the fish and chips was amazing. I haven't had similar in years. The waffles were good and the potatoes were good. The hot chocolate is a large cup with whipped cream and chocolate syrup drizzle. The service was good (they missed my soup order, but there was no charge either) and the bathrooms were clean."

"Food was great. Big portions and delicious. Service was great too. My only complaint is that me and my sister used the restroom before we left and when we washed our hands there must have been some sort of bleach cleaning product on the sink countertop, because my tshirt and her dress were both ruined with bleach spots."

"If I could give the restaurant a 3.5, I would. The food was average and the service was good, it just seemed like the waitresses did not enjoy their jobs. At times it seemed like they lacked personality, but maybe I just caught them on a bad day. The tables felt greasy and the restaurant had a feint odor upon first entrance. The food definitely wasn't bad, but it also isn't something to write home about."

"I have frequented the waffle shop for a long time, ever since I was a young child. Always a positive experience. Being served by Dustin, Roselle, Monique, Bella, and Heather is a pleasure. Also quite pleasant is Jendy, who introduces herself as Wendy with a J. The staff is warm and accommodating, and the atmosphere is charming. Sometimes, when I want a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast, they'll even cross the parking lot to the grocery store to get my bagel rather than telling me they're out of bagels. Monique served me an exceptional hot chocolate today, and the food I ordered was delicious. I consumed half of a Turkey melt with avocado added in place of tomato and a cup of fifteen bean and ham soup. We visit fairly frequently since my family and I enjoy the friendly greetings we always get from our favorite servers. If you haven't been here yet, I urge you to stop in and visit the Waffle Shop in Jackson. It's a great place to eat and feel like you're a part of the family!"

"Wow, great place to go when your in town or within an hours drive. Food is fantastic and people are super nice. I hear they have t-bone steaks on fathers day as well. Highly recomended."
